Sewage treatment plant & Tertiary treatment Plant constructed in Masaken Al Waha.
Village Phase-1 at Sohar Industrial Area to treat the domestic sewage generating from the accommodation complex. Raw Sewage is coming by network inlet point to pumping stations. After screening and raw sewage passes to the lifting station screened sewage will pumped to the STP to treating as per Ministry of Environmental & Climate Affairs.
The system is based on flow control to multi-stage treatment stream of STP for balancing of high incoming flow. The process is designed on MBBR system constructive design of the MBBR function activated sludge treatment system, employing fine air bubble aeration process with MBBR Media system to reduce the surface area. In the last stage of tertiary treatment Pressure Sand Filter is used, that removes the suspended solids with accuracy and high physical cleaning technology. The final disinfecting is carried out by chlorination.
This is a four Stream Sewage Treatment Plant with [300 x4] 1200m3/day Capacity.
